Built in 1895, this row house in Richmond, Virginia's Historic Church Hill neighborhood underwent an extensive cosmetic renovation after previously being used as a rental property. Stripped of its original character, KCD oversaw the renovation from conception to completion, with an eye for balancing original character with modern furnishings.
